You do not need to know exactly where to begin.

You may know that something needs attention without knowing what kind of support you need. You may have several concerns that seem connected. Or you may simply want help making sense of your options.

Your journey can begin with a conversation, not a commitment to change everything.

Start With Clarity

Many people arrive with a long list of things they believe they should be doing. Before adding another task, we begin by understanding what matters to you, what is happening now, what has already been tried, and what feels realistic in this season of life.

You may be looking for support with:

  • You may be looking for support with:

  • Knowing which wellness concern deserves attention first

  • Pain, stiffness, mobility, balance, or confidence in movement

  • Stress, overwhelm, sleep, rest, or recovery

  • Healthier habits that fit into daily life

  • Weight Loss Support

  • General nutrition and lifestyle education

  • Preparing for an active, independent future

  • Communicating with health professionals or organizing recommendations

  • Accountability, direction, and ongoing support

Complimentary Wellness Discovery Conversation

A relaxed 30-minute conversation about what you need and whether we are the right fit.

During this conversation, we can:

  • Talk about what prompted you to reach out

  • Discuss your goals, concerns, and current challenges

  • Explore what you have already tried

  • Identify what feels confusing, overwhelming, or difficult to sustain

  • Decide whether an assessment, class, hands-on service, referral, or another next step is most appropriate

  • This is not a medical evaluation, treatment session, or high-pressure sales call. It is a starting conversation.

Wellness Discovery Assessment

One foundation. Two connected experiences.

Your Assessment gathers the story and the larger wellness picture. Your Blueprint session helps you understand what we discovered and decide what belongs in your first 90 days.

  • Pre-appointment questionnaires completed at your pace

  • A comprehensive conversation and appropriate within-scope observations

  • A separate Blueprint review and decision-making session

  • A written Personal Wellness Blueprint

  • Clear options for implementing it independently or with support

Understand the larger picture.

The Wellness Discovery Assessment explores the areas of your life that may be influencing how you feel and function. We look at goals, health concerns, daily routines, movement, stress, rest, nourishment, support systems, strengths, barriers, and readiness for change.

The purpose is not to uncover everything that is wrong. It is to recognize patterns, connections, priorities, and opportunities.

Your assessment may lead to:

  • A focused wellness priority

  • A Personal Wellness Blueprint

  • A recommendation for a class or hands-on service

  • A referral to another qualified professional

  • A guided Empty Cup Method™ pathway

  • Confirmation that what you are already doing should be maintained

Personal Wellness Blueprint

A clear map—not an overwhelming list.

Following the appropriate assessment process, your Personal Wellness Blueprint organizes possible next steps into Now, Next, Explore, Refer, and Maintain.

You leave with a clearer understanding of:

  • What matters most right now

  • What can wait

  • What questions deserve more investigation

  • Which support may be appropriate

  • What strengths and helpful practices you should continue

Choose How You Move Forward

Self-Directed

Use your Blueprint independently and schedule a future review when you want to reconsider priorities.

90-Day Guided Pathway

Receive focused support while you begin practicing the most important priorities in your Blueprint.

Extended Guided Pathway

Choose six or twelve months when your goals require gradual change, multiple forms of support, or ongoing accountability.

Choose the Level of Support That Fits Your Journey

Turn clarity into thoughtful, sustainable action.

After completing Your Assessment and Personal Wellness Blueprint, you may choose to move forward independently or receive structured support through a 90-day, six-month, or twelve-month Empty Cup Method™ Pathway.

Each pathway begins with the priorities identified in your Blueprint. The difference is not how many wellness tasks you are expected to complete. It is the amount of time, guidance, practice, and reassessment available to help you understand what genuinely supports you.

Depending on your Blueprint, guided support may include:

  • Personalized priority-setting

  • A manageable number of action steps

  • Individual coaching or wellness-strategy sessions

  • Educational resources

  • Relevant classes or movement experiences

  • Coordination with Empty Cup Wellness Center practitioners

  • Referrals to appropriately qualified professionals when indicated

  • Progress reviews and Personal Wellness Blueprint adjustments

Your pathway is personalized. Not every client will need every service, class, practitioner, or form of support.

Focused support for beginning well.

90-Day Empty Cup Method™ Pathway

The 90-day pathway is designed for clients who want structured support as they begin putting their Personal Wellness Blueprint into practice.

Together, we identify the most important one to three priorities, choose realistic actions, and allow enough time to discover what fits your body, circumstances, and daily life.

This pathway may be right for you if you:

  • Have a specific concern or clearly defined priority

  • Want help getting started without making a long-term commitment

  • Need structure and accountability while establishing new practices

  • Want to test recommendations before deciding what comes next

  • Feel ready to focus on a manageable area of change

At the end of 90 days, we complete a Progress Review to identify what helped, what did not fit, what changed, and what you are ready to choose next.

More time to practice, adjust, and build consistency.

Six-Month Empty Cup Method™ Pathway

The six-month pathway is designed for clients whose priorities require more than an initial start. It provides time to practice new choices, work through obstacles, adjust the Blueprint, and gradually address related areas of wellness.

Rather than introducing everything at once, we work in intentional stages. As one practice becomes more comfortable, we consider whether another priority is ready for attention.

This pathway may be right for you if you:

  • Have several interconnected wellness priorities

  • Are navigating long-standing habits or recurring challenges

  • Want continued coaching, education, and accountability

  • Need time to coordinate different forms of support

  • Want to build consistency without pressure or perfection

  • Benefit from regular reflection and Blueprint adjustments

  • Progress reviews are built into the pathway so your direction can evolve as you learn more about what supports you.

A full year of guided integration, reassessment, and growth.

Twelve-Month Empty Cup Method™ Commitment Pathway

The twelve-month pathway is designed for clients who want an ongoing wellness partnership while navigating meaningful, layered, or long-term change.

A year allows us to work with the realities that shorter programs may not capture—changing seasons, travel, family responsibilities, health developments, motivation shifts, setbacks, and evolving priorities. The goal is not continuous intensity. Some periods may focus on active change, while others emphasize integration, maintenance, recovery, or reassessment.

This pathway may be right for you if you:

Have multiple or complex wellness priorities

  • Want to improve health, movement, habits, and quality of life over time

  • Are preparing for or navigating a significant life transition

  • Want ongoing access to strategy, accountability, education, and coordinated support

  • Recognize that lasting change may require experimentation and adjustment

  • Want to build a sustainable personal wellness approach rather than complete a temporary program

Your Blueprint becomes a living document throughout the year. It is reviewed and adjusted as your needs, capacity, accomplishments, and choices evolve.

The Right Pathway Is Not Necessarily the Longest One

The best pathway is the one that matches your priorities, readiness, desired support, and available capacity.

You will not be asked to choose before completing Your Assessment and Personal Wellness Blueprint.

During your Blueprint review, we will discuss your options and determine whether self-directed implementation, 90-day support, or a longer guided pathway is the most appropriate next step.

The goal is not to complete as many wellness tasks as possible. The goal is to practice the right next steps long enough to understand what genuinely supports you.

What Coaching Is and Is Not

Wellness coaching is a collaborative process that supports awareness, decision-making, goal development, practical action, and accountability.

It is not medical diagnosis or treatment, physical therapy, psychotherapy, individualized medical nutrition therapy, or a substitute for care from an appropriately licensed provider.

When your needs fall outside coaching or massage-therapy scope, we will recommend that you consult an appropriate professional.

You do not have to arrive with a perfect goal.

Bring your questions, your concerns, your experiences, and your willingness to listen differently. We will begin there.
