No. Empty Cup Wellness supports adults in many seasons of life. Functional aging and health span are important specialties, and several classes and community offerings are designed with adults over 50 in mind, but the larger Empty Cup Method™ is not limited to a particular age.
No. It is an educational, coaching, assessment, prioritization, and wellness-coordination framework. It does not diagnose or treat medical conditions and does not replace care from your licensed medical providers.
No. The Method is designed to help you understand and organize your wellness support. Existing providers and practices that are helping may appear in the Maintain section of your Blueprint.

Yes. Wellness Center services remain available à la carte. Massage can be a standalone service, ongoing maintenance care, or one component of a larger pathway.

We provide general education, help you evaluate options, and support informed decision-making within professional scope. When individualized medical nutrition therapy, rehabilitation, diagnosis, or medical treatment is needed, we refer you to an appropriate licensed professional.
That information is valuable. Reassessment is part of the Method. We review what happened, what you learned, and what may need to be adjusted without treating the experience as failure.
