The Empty Cup Society is a project that is close to my heart.  As I've gone through my path, I've noticed how much information we don't have.  How many times I wished the professionals were forthcoming or I knew what questions to ask to get the answers I really needed.  I have found too many times, as a woman, I was brushed off or diminished when I would question or not accept the answer given.

I formed the Empty Cup Society to have a safe space for women to get the information they need. To Question, without judgement and to learn about Health, wellness and lifestyle while developing bonds with other women. ​To tell our stories so others can learn. 
To listen to other women's stories, so I can learn.

To empty our cups with what we need to navigate our own paths through our lives and live healthier lives with ​wisdom and love.

This society encourages shedding your preconceived notions and listening as if it's the first time you're hearing something. It's a safe space to agree or disagree respectfully, and we're eager to understand why. Our goal is to elevate ourselves and uplift one another, to empower each other.
